Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 373/2022 under Section 354(D)/506/354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Rajouri Garden and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom.
