The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks quashing of FIR No. 538/2019 under Sections 420/406 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Paschim Vihar West. 2.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that final report keeping the petitioner in column no.12 has been filed in the present case before the court of competent jurisdiction.
