The counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition by stating that the petitioners never admitted the respondent no. 1 as tenant in respect of tenanted premises and are intending to initiate appropriate legal proceedings for seeking possession of the premises in question.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending applications, if any, is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law in respect of the premises in question.
