% 08.01.2020 Petitioner has been granted first spell of furlough for three weeks vide order of 11th June, 2019 of the competent authority on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Petitioner is aggrieved of order of 26th November, 2019 of the competent authority vide which his prayer for release on furnishing cash surety instead of surety has been dismissed by the competent authority. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make efforts to tender surety in terms of order of 11th June, 2019 and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one, if need be.
