Appellant is aggrieved by order dated 08.01.2024 whereby his application seeking injunction has been dismissed. 2.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned Senior Counsel for appellant, on instructions, submits that he does not wish to press present appeal. He, however, seeks a direction to learned Trial Court to expedite disposal of suit in question, primarily, for the reason that father of appellant is 90 years old and is under acute trauma and pressure on account of pendency of present suit and criminal complaint filed by his son against the concerned defendants.

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, present appeal is dismissed as not pressed. All rights and contentions of parties are left open.

Appeal stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 7.
