Both these appeals are thus disposed of as withdrawn, obviously, in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.09.2025 which has taken place before learned mediator. Needless to observe that, in case, any occasion arises on account of dishonour of cheque or otherwise, the parties shall be free to apply for revival of the appeals.
