The Petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents for verification and attestation of the Sponsorship Certificate. 2.

It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the GNCTD that in the Sponsorship Certificate, the Officer is directed to certify that the Petitioners are personally known to him. He states that the officer is finding it difficult to give a certification that the Petitioners are personally known to him. has been done on the basis of the documents supplied by the Petitioners because the Officers do not know the Petitioners personally. 3.

This Court is of the opinion that this would satisfy the prayers sought for by the Petitioners at this juncture.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court again in case need so arises in future.
