1. The prayer in the present petition is covered by this Court's order dated 19th December, 2019 in W.P.(C) 13195 of 2019 (Bharat Singh & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors).

2. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Respondents to extend to the present Petitioners, and anyone else who is similarly placed but has not come to the Court or not yet made a representation, the benefit of para 72 of the judgment of this Court in Dev Sharma v. Indo Tibetan Border Police (2019) 174 DRJ 98 (DB) and para 2 (c) of the order dated 19th August, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India (F.N.45020/1/2019). In other words, the

benefit of para 2 (c) of the order dated 19th August, 2019 would be available to all those in the Central Armed Police Forces ('CAPFs') who retired prior to 31st January, 2019, provided that they had not crossed the age of 60 years as on 31st January, 2019.

3. The necessary orders be issued within 12 weeks from today.

4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
