The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, assailing an order of the Regional Director of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 09.08.2023, passed under Section 16 of the Companies Act, 2013, by which the petitioner has been directed to change its name from its existing name - "BRILTECH EQUIPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED", on the ground of identity/resemblance with that of respondent No. 1 - "BRILLTECH ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED". 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, subject to W.P.(C) 15884/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
