By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner challenges the notice dated 02.07.2025 issued by National Council For Vocational Education & Training for empanelment of Legal Counsels on certain grounds. As per the said notice, the last date for submitting the application for empanelment was 23.07.2025. 3.
Any challenge to the said notice at this belated stage, in our opinion, will not be appropriate. Accordingly, on the said ground alone, we refuse to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is, thus, dismissed.
