Ramesh seeking cancellation of endorsement made on the FDR bearing No. 646562 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Greater Noida, Branch in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-.

The applicant had stood as surety for the Respondent on 10.10.2014 when the abovesaid FDR was furnished as security on behalf of the Respondent and endorsement was made on the same and the original FDR was returned to the applicant. Vide order dated 13th January, 2015, the Hon'ble Court dismissed the present leave to appeal petition and discharged the surety bond furnished on behalf of the Respondent. Contd...

The original FDR has been produced before the undersigned today for cancellation of endorsement and the endorsement made thereon has been cancelled. The original FDR has been returned to Counsel for the applicant after retaining the photocopy thereof on record.
