Learned counsel appearing on behalf of parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement/Memorandum of Understanding dated 18th April, 2024 and the same is on record. It is also submitted that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement, categorically paragraph 1.5 of the settlement agreement. The parties have appeared in-person through Video Conferencing and have been identified by the respective counsel. On specific query of this Court, the parties appearing in-person have categorically stated that the matter has been settled between them on their own free will and without any pressure.

This Court has perused the settlement agreement/Memorandum of Understanding dated 18th April, 2024 and found nothing unlawful therein. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the dispute in the instant appeal does not survive anymore for further consideration. Accordingly, the parties are directed to remain bound by the terms of the said settlement agreement.

The instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement/Memorandum of Understanding dated 18th April, 2024. The date already fixed i.e. 8th August, 2024 stands cancelled.
