Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having regard to the nature of issue raised in this petition, we find it appropriate to require the Central Government and the Department of Information and Technology or any other relevant department to address the issue raised in this petition and take up appropriate decision and action which may be permissible under law.

For the said purpose, we permit the petitioner to make an exhaustive representation with the department to the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology within a fortnight from today taking all the pleas which may be available to the petitioner enclosing therewith all the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Once such a representation is made, the same shall be attended to by the appropriate authority of the Government in the appropriate Ministry and appropriate decision also be taken at the Government level into the grievances which may be expressed by the petitioner in the representation to be made by him under this order. The said decision and action, if any, which may be warranted under law, shall be taken by the Government within a period of four months from the date the representation is made by the petitioner.
