The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent nos. 4 and 5 at property bearing Khasra No. 18/23/2, 23/2/2, 3/1/2, Jaipuria Farm, near Peer Baba, Samalka, South West, Delhi-110037.

satisfied and does not wish to press the present writ petition, any further. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that respondent no. 4 has already entrusted the property to respondent no. 5 and has no possession or ownership of the property in question.

Learned counsel for the MCD confirms the fact that part action has been taken on 06th August, 2025 and next action is fixed for 29th September, 2025.

Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that the requisite action shall be taken by the MCD, in accordance with law.

If any of the parties are aggrieved by any action or non-action on part of the MCD, their liberty to seek remedies in accordance with law, stands reserved.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with pending application is disposed of.
