The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks following prayers:- "a)Accept and allow the revision petition;

b)set-aside the impugned order dated 24.09.2019 passed by Ms.Susheel Bala Dagar, Ld.ARC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Eviction Petition No.E-490/18 titled as Smt.Gulkandi Devi Vs. Sh.Ram Vilas, being not maintainable, as per law, in the interest of justice and alternatively the leave to defend be granted as there legally exist a triable issue as to maintainability of the eviction petition filed by the respondent u/s.l4(l)(e) of DRC Act;

c)pass any other or further order/relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of revisionist, in the interest of justice."
