O R D E R

% 05.08.2016 The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Decree Holder has received the balance funds. Accordingly, she seeks to withdraw the present petition. She further requests that the amount already paid to the Decree Holder, which was directed to be kept in a No-lien account by the order dated 27.11.2014, may be permitted to be appropriated towards the Decree.

There is no objection to the said request. Accordingly, the same is allowed. Consequently, the property of the Judgment Debtor No.2 which was attached by the order dated 13.08.2013 is also released from attachment. The Decree Holder is permitted to appropriate the money deposited in the No-lien account.
