An application, being CM APPL. 58940/2025, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking to withdraw the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied, on account of the action initiated by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), against the subject property. 3.

Court to the Status Report filed on behalf of the MCD, to submit that requisite action against the property in question has already been initiated and Demolition Order dated 11th August, 2025 has been issued against the property in question. Further, notice under Section 345A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, dated 08th August, 2025 has also been issued.

Accordingly, the MCD shall take requisite action against unauthorized construction in the property in question, i.e., plot no. R-9 and R-10, Mangal Bazar Road, Vani Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. 5.

The present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
