It is the contention of the counsel for petitioner that after the Curative Petition was disposed of, liberty was reserved in favour of the petitioner and, as such, he has moved the present application. 3.

An Office Report dated 05th December 2024 was circulated by the petitioner by the Registry of the Apex Court. He was granted permission to withdraw the Curative Petition by the Registrar of the Supreme Court vide order dated 02nd January 2025.

However, the liberty which has been claimed by the petitioner cannot override the settled position of law, viz. the orders of the Apex Court, in light of the order of the Division Bench of this Court. 5.

In that view of the matter, we see no reason to recall the order dated 30th July 2025.
