The petitioner requests to be shifted from barrack of ward no. 2, Central Jail No. 2, Tihar, New Delhi to ward no. 3, Central Jail No. 2, Tihar New Delhi in connection with his custody as a result of FIR No. 5/2010 under Sections 302/365/364A/392/212/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be treated as representation to be decided by the Jail Visiting Judge and the same may be decided in an expeditious manner. 3.
In view of the above, the Jail Visiting Judge is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner and decide the same preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
