1. This is an appeal by the Revenue against the order dated 9th September, 2016 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in ITA No. 1701/Del/2016 for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2011 - 2012. 2.The ITAT in the impugned order followed its earlier order in the Assessee's own case for AY 2007 - 2008 and 2008 - 2009. The Revenue's appeal against that order of the ITAT was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 28th July, 2016 in ITA No.386/2016.

3. Accordingly, the Court finds that no substantial question of law arises for consideration.

4.The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
