I am informed by learned counsel for the appellant - The New India Assurance Company Ltd. [hereinafter, "Insurance Company"] and for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 (claimants before the Tribunal) that the disputes have been settled in mediation. A copy of the Settlement Agreement [hereinafter, "Agreement"] dated 17.11.2025 has also been placed on record.

The Agreement is signed by the authorised representative of the appellant and by respondent No. 1 - Mrs. Zamila, on her own behalf and on behalf of her daughter - respondent No. 2. An authority letter of respondent No. 2 has also been annexed to the Agreement. 3.
The Agreement bears the signatures of learned counsel on both sides as well as of the learned Mediator. It may be noted that Mr. Tashriq Ahmad, learned counsel, is present today and has filed the vakalatnama MAC.APP. 8/2020 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. on behalf of both respondent Nos. 1 and 2. He submits that respondent No. 2 has also instructed him to accept the Agreement. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the parties request that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the Agreement dated 17.11.2025. It is so ordered.

The statutory deposit be returned to the appellant.
