By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of an order on charge dated 27.03.2025 and the order framing charges under Section 120B read with Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, dated 01.07.2025, passed by the learned Special Judge (PC Act).

Mr. Chirag Madan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner expired on 06.12.2025. He has handed over a copy of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the learned Special Court, which is taken on record. The said order reflects that the death verification report of the petitioner has been duly received.
