This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 194/2025 under Sections 69 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Dwarka North and for setting aside other proceedings emanating therefrom.

respondent No. 2 to enter into a physical relationship on the false promise of marriage by concealing his existing marriage and children. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that there is a voice recoding between mother of petitioner and respondent No. 2 indicating that respondent No. 2 was aware of the marital status of petitioner at an early stage of their relationship.

After part submissions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge the rights and contentions mentioned in the petition, before the learned trial Court, at the stage of charge.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and petition along with pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
