The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 549/2021 registered at P.S. Sadar Bazar under Section 308 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.1 Subsequently, the chargesheet was filed, wherein the Petitioner was chargesheeted under Section 304 of the IPC. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner, after making some submissions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other remedies as are available under law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending application is also disposed of.
