Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks exemption from condition (c), imposed vide order dated 12.02.2020 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 173/2020, which reads thus:

"9(c) He shall mark his presence in the concerned police station (Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar) on the first Monday of every calendar month."

The prosecution submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been filed, and she has no objection in case condition (c) imposed vide order dated 12.02.2020 is recalled.

Accordingly, para 9 of the order dated 12.02.2020 passed in BAIL APPLN. 173/2020 is modified as under:

"9.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. This is also subject to the petitioner complying with the following conditions: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 08/09/2025 at 12:30:05

(a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with further investigation.

(b) The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Region. (c) The petitioner shall also refrain from contacting the complainant either directly or indirectly or trying to influence any of the witnesses either directly or indirectly." 4.

The petition stands disposed of in above terms along with the pending application(s), if any.
