The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as <CPC=] against the order dated 28.05.2025 passed by learned District Judge04, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as <Impugned Order=]. By the Impugned Order, an Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC filed by the Petitioners has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. The Application that was filed by the Petitioners is under Order VII Rule 11 (b) and (c) of the CPC.
