% 01.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner as pass in the third Professional MBBS Examination.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would like to make a comprehensive representation to the Dean, Faculty of Medicines.
In the event, a comprehensive representation is filed within two days from today, the Dean, Faculty of Medicines is directed to dispose of the same within a further period of one week. If need be, an opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by way of registered AD post. However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition and the application are disposed of.
