The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "a. Allow the present application filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate/time;

b. Pass such other and further orders or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

With the consent of the parties, the instant petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of six months from 15.05.2025.
