This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29(A)(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated in the petition that mandate of the Learned Arbitrator has expired on 02.05.2025 and arbitral proceedings are at the stage of framing of issues and arguments on some pending applications. 3.

For the reasons stated in the petition, the same is allowed extending the mandate of the sole arbitrator by a period of six months from 14.10.2025 and period between 03.05.2025 to 13.10.2025 is regularized. It is seen that the sole arbitrator was appointed on 18.11.2020 and for one reason or the other, proceedings have not concluded so far. Learned Arbitrator is requested to conclude the proceeding and pass the award within the O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 583/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
