This is a joint Application filed by the parties along with deed of compromise/settlement setting out an amicable settlement between the parties.

The Petitioner, who appears in person, has handed over the keys of the subject premises to the son of the Respondent in the Court today. 2.1 The son of the Respondent has also handed over a cheque to the Petitioner in the terms of the settlement.

Learned Counsel for the parties, on instructions, submits that the matter can be disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
