At this stage, counsel for the plaintiff states that this suit is not pursued inasmuch as whatever rights plaintiff has in view of the partition deed dated 13.11.1991, giving rights to the father of the plaintiff late Sh. Mohd. Mohsin, will be claimed by the plaintiff in appropriate independent proceedings.
