The present petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondent School for re-admission/admission of petitioner in Class-VIII. However, the aforesaid application came to be filed seeking direction to provide free books, uniform, I-card etc. to petitioner. 2.

Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/school, on instructions, submits that not only petitioner has been re-admitted in school, but he has also been granted books, uniform etc. 3.

affirms the aforesaid position. He, however, contends that I-card has not yet been issued.
