O R D E R

Appellant Insurance Company has filed an Appeal for reduction of compensation. The matter has been mutually settled between the parties wherein out of the deposited amount by the Insurance Company, in pursuance of order dated 24.2.2016 passed by this Court, the total lump sum amount of Rs.23,00,000/- shall go to the claimants/respondents and rest of the amount along with the interest shall go to the Insurance Company.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is directed that the learned Tribunal shall release the amount of Rs.23,00,000/- to the respondents/claimants in terms of the Award and the rest of the amount lying deposited with the Tribunal along with

interest shall be refunded to the Insurance Company. 3.

The Registrar shall release the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- along with interest, if any, to the Insurance Company. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
