This is an application seeking an early hearing of the present petition. 2.
Considering the averments made in the application, the same is allowed; W.P.(C) 11256/2025 is taken up for hearing and disposal today itself.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the publication of certain news articles by the respondent nos.2 and 3 on their respective websites. 5.
It is submitted that articles are per se defamatory and amounts to malicious reporting.

Although the grievance of the petitioner appears to be genuine, the appropriate recourse for the petitioner is to take civil remedies, including The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. appropriate injunctive remedies against the concerned respondents. 7.
After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate civil remedies in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
