The petitioner is a candidate for the post of Post Graduate Teacher ["PGT"] (History) pursuant to the recruitment exercise being conducted by the respondent - Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board ["DSSSB"].

Although the petitioner's grievance ought to have been agitated before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Ms. Aliza Alam, learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, submits that DSSSB has decided to accede to the petitioner's request, and the admit card for the examination scheduled to be held on 01.08.2025 will be issued to the petitioner by 3:00 P.M. today.
