2.

The appellant has been counselled by us not to speak about any family issue with the children who are of impressionable age. He should spend the time meaningfully with the children interacting in a manner which makes the children comfortable so that the bond between the children and the father is strengthened. The appellant also agrees that during the three hours stay with his children he would not take them to his house. 3.

It would be open to the appellant to file an application before the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts after 8 months praying for children to be spending time with him during their vacation period.
