CRL.REV.P. 26/2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to set aside/modify impugned order dated 23.10.19 passed by Ld. ASJ-03, Rohini Courts, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No. 170/2019, to the extent of waving of cost.

The present petition has been filed to challenge the impugned order dated 23.10.2019 passed by learned ASJ-03, Rohini Courts, Delhi to the extent wherein one opportunity for arguments on interim application and one opportunity for cross examination of CW1 were granted thereby cost of Rs.1,00,000/- was directed to be paid by petitioner.

Without commenting on the merits of present case, I hereby direct petitioner to pay an amount of ₹1, 00,000/- and the same shall be adjusted in maintenance amount.
