The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice of this petition, submits that pursuant to the Impugned Order passed by the learned Tribunal, the petitioner has issued an Office Order No. 200/2025 dated 06.06.2025 directing the respondent to re-join his duty at the ESIC Hospital, Noida. The said order has not been passed subject to the challenge to the Impugned Order. A copy of the Office Order dated 06.06.2025 has been taken on record.
