Through this appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment dated 14.10.2019 passed by the Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi in HMA No. 130/2018 (2014) captioned Amar Mudi vs. Indrani Mudi, whereby the petition filed by him for dissolution of his marriage with the Respondent on the grounds of cruelty and desertion under Sections 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, was dismissed. 2.

The present matter was referred to mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide the Order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the Joint Registrar.

A Mediation Report, comprising the written Settlement Agreement dated 06.08.2025 executed between the parties, has been received and now forms part of the Court file. 4.

The parties are ad idem that the Appeal shall be disposed of in terms of the said Deed of Settlement dated 06.08.2025, which shall form part of the decree.

This Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served by continuing the present proceedings. In view of the above, the present Appeal, along with the pending application(s), if any, is disposed of.
