It is the case of the petitioner that the Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara, South Zone, vide order dated 26th September 2024, has passed an order directing them to hold the weekly market (Buddh Bazar in Pandav Nagar) on a particular day in a week, which is inconvenient to the petitioner, and as such, the representation dated 30th January 2025, is pending consideration, which we directed to be decided.

As against the above, the counsel for petitioner has invited our attention to order dated 26th April 2024 delivered in W.P.(C) 5889/2024 titled "Yamuna Par Hawkers Association v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi and Ors", so as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. to claim that the order of the Deputy Commissioner dated 26th September 2024, is in tune with the direction issued in the aforesaid Writ Petition. 3.

We have considered the submissions.

There appears to be substance in what has been claimed by the counsel for respondents. It is borne out from the record, particularly from the order dated 26th April 2024, that the Deputy Commissioner has passed the order dated 26th September 2024, in terms of the orders passed in aforesaid W.P.(C) 5889/2024.

The day as was fixed for the weekly market by the Deputy Commissioner vide order dated 26th September 2024, might be inconvenient to the petitioner, but that by itself does not give rise to the claim of the petitioner that they have every right under the Constitution of India to earn their livelihood on a particular day at a particular place. 6.

That being so, we see no reason to cause interference. 7.

The petition stands dismissed.
