The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking appropriate direction to quash the order dated 28.07.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal (Jaipur) in TSA 53/2021 declining to keep the judgment dated 28.07.2025 in abeyance till the challenge to the same is heard by the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals ['DRAT'] and stay the judgment dated 28.07.2025 during the pendency of the present Writ Petition.
