The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 135/2025 of PS Janakpuri for offence under Section 115(2)/74/79 BNS.

Broadly speaking, according to learned counsel for petitioners, the impugned FIR is an offshoot of matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and wife of petitioner no. 1 and daughter of petitioner no. 1. It appears that there is a cross FIR registered on the complaint of petitioner no. 1, alleging sexual offences committed against daughter of petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2.
