The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondent to produce Ms.'R', wife of petitioner no.1/mother of petitioner no. 2, before this Court.

When the matter was taken up on the late date i.e., 24.09.2025, learned Standing Counsel sought time to contact the missing person and to make the necessary arrangements for her appearance before this Court, through video-conferencing.

Ms. 'R', is present through video-conferencing. 4.
We have interacted with Ms.'R', who submits that she is about 25 years old and is a post-graduate.
