Joint Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners and the Respondent No. 2 seeking early hearing of the accompanying Petition. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, the Application for early hearing is preponed.

The Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 4.

With the consent of the parties, the matter is taken up today. 5.

Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') (under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.0006/2025 under Section 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered at Economic Offences Wing, Police Station Mandir Marg and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of the Settlement Deed dated 30.04.2025. 7.

Issue Notice.

On advance Notice, learned ASC has appeared and accepted the Notice on behalf of the State.

Brief facts of the case are that the Respondent No. 2/Complainant had filed a Complaint in regard to the purchase of property from the Petitioners, some portion of which was allegedly sold to the third party. 10.

On the Complaint of the Respondent No.2/Complainant, FIR No.0006/2025 under Section 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of IPC, got registered at Economic Offences Wing, Police Station Mandir Marg. 11.

It is stated that the Petitioners and the Respondent No. 2 have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them and arrived at Settlement vide Memorandum of Settlement (MOU) dated 30.04.2025. It is settled between the parties that the Petitioners along with all other parties, are ready to pay jointly and severally to the Respondent No. 2, the total sum of Rs.3,00,00,000/- on behalf of the erstwhile owner M/s Holystar Natural Resources Private Limited. It is settled between the parties that the Respondent No. 2 shall not file any claims, Complaints and grievances against the owner/co-owners before any public authority, police authorities or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

any court/tribunal or before any authority discharging any sort of public function. The Petitioners also undertake to withdraw all the allegations, complaints and litigations i.e. civil Suit and Criminal Complaints against the owner/co-owners.

Today, the Respondent No. 2/Complainant, who is present in the Court, states that he has no objection if the said FIR is quashed. 13.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their Counsel and Investigating Officer concerned and they have entered into the Settlement voluntarily and without any fear and coercion and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement. 14.

Considering the nature of the allegations and that they have settled the matter, the FIR No No.0006/2025 under Section 406/420/467/468/471/120-B of IPC, registered at Economic Offences Wing, Police Station Mandir Marg and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. 15.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
