He, accordingly, in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-I, Chandigarh vs. ABC Papers Limited [2022 SCC OnLine SC 1036] prays for and is granted liberty to withdraw the instant appeal to approach the jurisdictional High Court. We accord Mr. Bhatia six weeks‟ time to institute an appropriate appeal.
