IA No.6565/2017 u/S 151 CPC moved by defendant no.3 for grant of permission to publish proclamation of sale in the newspaper other than directed by this court Learned counsel for plaintiff has filed the present application stating that vide order dated 17.02.2017, the proclamation was directed to be published in English daily newspaper 'Times of India' and Hindi daily newspaper 'Hindustan', which are very costly and plaintiff could not afford the same, therefore it is prayed that proclamation be allowed to be published in English daily newspaper 'Hindu' and Hindi daily newspaper 'Rashtraya Sahara'. Request is allowed.

Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of reasons mentioned in the application, the captioned IA is allowed and Contd.....2

In view of same fresh proclamation of suit premises bearing R-1/7, situated in the area of R-Block, Mohan Gardens, New Delhi, measuring 110 sq. yds. out of Khasra No.42/42/2 situated in the area of Village Hastal, Colony known as Mohan Garden, Near Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 is to be issued as per following schedule:- Proclamation to be displayed on the notice board of Delhi High Court as well as District Court Complexes Before 4th July, 2017 On or before 4th July, 2017 between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Proclamation be also made at the property in question at the conspicuous place in the presence of witnesses of locality and by beat of drums On 4th July, 2017

3. Proclamation be also made in the English Daily 'The Hindu' & Hindi Daily 'Rashtraya Sahara'.

Date of return of publication 24th August, 2017 Date & time of inspection of the suit property by the prospective buyers.

(The DH would make the necessary arrangements in this regard in consultation with the owner of the suit property).

24th August to 4th September, between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Public auction of the suit property 14th September, 2017 Put up for filing of report before this court on 14th November, 2017.
