The learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record original settlement/compromise deed dated 19.03.2019 executed between the parties. Both the parties, who appear in person, state that the matter has been settled between them.

The petitioner states that in view of the settlement dated 19.03.2019, he does not want to pursue the petition. 3.

In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application being CM APPL.46808/2018. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the aforesaid settlement.
