1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the fine amount has been deposited before the Trial Court on 14.01.2005. It is also submitted that the legal representatives of the appellant does not want to prosecute the appeal and that they have no grievance against the impugned judgment.

2. The substantive sentence of imprisonment has already abated on the death of the appellant.
