% 15.11.2018 The present appeal has been listed along with an office note regarding the death of Manoj @ Fauji S/o Amar Singh, the appellant in the present proceedings.

The Superintendent, Central Jail, Rohini, Delhi vide communication dated 02.11.2018 has informed this court that a death certificate in relation to the said appellant has been issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Department of Medical and Health, Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad dated 07.04.2016, a copy of which has been forwarded along with the said communication.

In view of the foregoing factual position, the present appeal has
