This suit was originally filed in the District Court but was transferred to this Court in view of the order dated 19.9.2011 passed in CS(OS) 510/2011.

Plaintiff who is present in person states that CS(OS) No. 510/2011 has today been transferred by the concerned Joint Registrar to the concerned transferee court having pecuniary jurisdiction. 2.

Accordingly, this suit is also transferred to the concerned jurisdictional court being the District and Sessions Judge (East) Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
